There’s been a lot of sanding, blocking, and more sanding going on over the past few days. Not very glamourous, but the team has been working their fingers off getting this car and all its parts and trims ready for the booth.
We finally got some colour on the insides of the doors today, as well as the door jambs, boot jamb, and the underside of the boot lid. Tomorrow the doors will be fitted to the car for the final time, before being realigned.
We also got all the trim pieces cleaned, repaired, prepped, and set up ready to be painted tomorrow morning.
