Workshop Update – 28 Jan 2022

Welcome back to another shop update! This week saw big steps on the 63 Impala, and we’re now only a few hours away from firing up the engine. The brakes are now operational, and we’ve made up a new cup holder combo to fill the gap where the shifter used to be on the SS console.

Seth’s 67 C10 got most of its wiring loom completed. The tailgate and rear bumper have been mounted, and the exhaust is nearly finished.

Duncan’s E-Type Jag is fully assembled and has been sent off for a wheel alignment today. Next step: compliance!

The fairing is complete on Mark’s XB Coupe and the car is masked up ready to go into primer on Tuesday.

Graeme’s Datsun 1200 has got a new inner and outer lower quarter and dogleg repairs done.

Zane’s 57 Chevy has had its rear brakes and freshened diff installed, along with dual boosted master and complete new lines.

And finally, a quick little paint job on a 66 Caprice.
