Terms of Trade

Acceptance of these Terms of Trade is required prior to the commencement of any work on the vehicle. By visiting our website, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms.

The vehicle will not be released to the customer until all outstanding invoices have been paid in full. We accept payments via cash, eftpos, credit/debit cards, and internet banking. Please note that all credit card payments will incur a 3% service charge.

If payment has not been received in full by the due date specified on our invoice, we will charge the customer interest at a rate of 2% of the amount outstanding. This amount will be compounding and charged monthly. All costs incurred by Real Rides in relation to debt collection will be payable by the customer.

We may require that a deposit be paid prior to the commencement of work on the vehicle. This deposit shall be payable in accordance with the above terms, where applicable.

A copy of these Terms of Trade will be presented to the customer to sign prior to work commencing. An up-to-date version of these terms will also always be available here on this page.
